In its own private gardens in the heart of South Samui. Holiday villa “Baan Suaan Serenity” is one of South Samui’s hide-away holiday villas.

Take a dip or simply relax and sunbathe by the salt water pool. Enjoy a few chilled drinks whilst enjoying the shade in our traditional Thai sala. Savour the tropical gardens, take a short stroll down to any one of the three local beaches nearby. Baan Suaan Serenity is the villa for you.

Our tropical hide-away awaits you. Ideally suited for families, friends, groups or simply people wishing to get away from the more busy holiday areas of Samui.

About The Villa

Fully cleaned and serviced daily.Bedding and towels are changed after every 3 nights unless otherwise requested. There are four bedrooms in all. All of which are en-suite.The bedrooms all have king size beds and are spacious enough that an extra bed or cot can be placed in any bedroom upon request. Bedroom layout is 3 bedrooms with double beds and one bedroom with double bed and bunk beds. We can also add 2 extra single beds if required.
Three baby cots can be supplied (free of charge).

Our living area is very spacious yet comfortable. Simply relax, on either of the italian leather sofas whilst viewing the 55 inch "smart" tv, which comes with Ip tv, having over 300 channels in English, French, German, Russian and Thai. Dvd player is also provided.

The three metre long solid wood dining table is set by the patio windows leading out to the main pool, sala, terrace and front garden.

There are also relaxing reading and games areas. At the rear of the ground floor there is a spacious kitchen with a central cooking isle. This kitchen is very modern and fully equipped having a large fridge freezer. Where apart from welcome groceries you will find some local beers (chargeable) and very chilled glasses. There is also a wine bar with a good selection of reasonably priced wines.

Complimentary teas and ground coffee are offered(there is an espresso machine), these are replenished daily.

The rear of the house has a large terrace with an outdoor dining table as well as some comfortable seating overlooking the rear garden and our lotus pond. This area is a perfect breakfast point or good for simply relaxing over a drink in the evening.

To help you get over the guilt from over indulging on the wonderful local Thai cuisine on offer nearby, our air-conditioned fitness room is equipped with an electronic resistance bicycle, electric elliptical, lateral press an adjustable multi use bench and dumbells. There are also Yoga mats and we can arrange for yoga or fitness lessons if requested.

The salt water pool is over 8 metres long and from 1 metre to 1.8 metres deep. The large pool side terrace is ideal for sunbathing. By the pool we have a traditional Thai style wooden sala(seats ten) that is ideal for a bit of welcome shade in the afternoon and also as an ideal dinning area for when you make use of the BBQ in the evening Its also ideal for simply an evenings relaxation by the pool.

This holiday villa is an ideal family hide-away as it is a very peaceful nature filled area very close to three beautiful, yet quiet beaches and the local beachside fisher-mans village of Thong Krut. Thong Krut has quite a few international restaurants and bars as well as the local Thai beach cafes. The area runs regular snorkelling and sea orientated excursions as well as having a local mini-market and organic coffee shop.

This villa is a favourite of Families, wedding and friends travelling in groups.

When staying at villa “Baan Suaan Serenity” we will be available to assist you with most of your needs. Upon arrival we will provide you with a smart phone with contact information and a direct contact line so you can get in touch with us anytime.We live less than five minutes from the villa.
We are a family and do like to sleep at night,though we will be contactable 24/7.
We are happy to help you with any requests ,trips or excursions. Both Neaw and Stephen have each worked in five star resorts (management) for the last 20 years. And we have lived and worked on the island for the last 10. Our knowledge of what to do and where to go on the island is extensive.
We also have good knowledge of organising and hosting special events. And we of course happy to help with event organisation (weddings etc) and logistics. Or we can simply give good tips if requested.
If you ask a question and we don’t know the answer we will make a point of finding it out for you.
And of course if you just want to be left alone to enjoy the peaceful surrounds we will be happy to comply. We just want you to enjoy your stay.
